I got an electric razor...the kind with 3 heads... the discs? - electric balm toothache
and regardless of stubble, the leaves on the neck and razor Outta Hell burns on my neck. I've tried things like electric shavers, and a lot of creams and lotions, and even earlier. Any other suggestion you can not suck? PS I always use normal razors and just irratated my neck, but not to grow red, and if a little longer than usual.
