Is dumbell chest press as effective as regular bench? - bench shorts

I never have to work as a rule, an assistant with me, so I'm not often able to bench press. I like to work on mistakes and I am very suspicious of me, so do not try to the bank without blemish. This week I had the opportunity to 10 reps dumbbell press of 70 and a plan for increasing the weight in the next week. Am I not cut benching?
